Makes: ½ kg paneer/cottage cheese
½ kg paneer/cottage cheese
4 tomatoes (300g)
1 cup milk
In a kadai/wok, heat 4 tbsp oil and add 4 (300g) crushed tomatoes, 50g Nimkish Kadai Paneer Masala and sauté on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until oil separates. Then, add 3 medium sized capsicum (cut lengthwise) and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until half cooked. Pour 1 cup milk in the kadai and continue stirring till it boils. Add ½ kg paneer cubes, cover the lid and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or till the gravy thicken and paneer is coated in it. Serve with naan or roti.
Tip: You can also use tofu instead of paneer/cottage cheese following the same recipe.
