1 kg chicken
8 tbsp cream/malai
2 egg whites (optional)
Make shallow diagonal cuts on 1 kg chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken pieces with 50g Nimkish Afghani Chicken Masala, 8 tbsp cream/malai, 8 tbsp oil, juice of 1 lemon and 2 egg whites (optional). Refrigerate for 2 hours. Then, preheat the grill and lightly brush oil on the marinated chicken pieces. Grill until thoroughly cooked. Or
If you want to cook in a pan/wok, heat 2 tbsp oil and put the marinated chicken pieces with some water in it. Sauté on medium heat until oil separates and chicken is tender. Serve with onion rings and Nimkish Pudina Dip.
