Add ½ tsp salt & 1 lemon juice to 1 kg fish pieces and keep aside. After 15- 20 minutes, gently wash the fish pieces and drain any excess water. Then, mix 50g Nimkish Fish Fry Masala with 4 tbsp oil and apply to fish, set aside for about 20 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai / wok and deep fry the fish till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot, sprinkled with Nimkish Chaat Masala and lemon wedges.
