Goat or lamb curry
Makes: 1 kg meat
1 kg meat (any)
4 tomatoes (300g)
2 cups water
Wash 1 kg meat in a bowl and mix 50g Nimkish Meat Curry Masala, 6 tbsp oil and 4 (300g) crushed tomatoes in it properly. Put the mixture in a cooker/pan and sauté on low heat until oil separates. Now add 2 cups of water and close the lid and cook on high heat. After first whistle cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Turn off the stove and let the pressure release from the cooker. Open the lid and garnish with fresh coriander.
If cooking in pan, let the meat simmer on low heat for 30 – 40 minutes or until it’s tender.
For extra gravy, use only 750g meat.
