Ingredients Required:
1 kg chicken
3 tomatoes (200g)
5 tbsp yogurt
1 cup water
Recipe:
Make shallow cuts on 1 kg chicken pieces. In a kadai / wok, heat 4 tbsp oil and sauté the chicken pieces on medium heat until brown. In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and add 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes, 5 tbsp beaten yogurt (plain) and 50g Nimkish Rara Chicken Masala. Now, sauté on medium heat until oil separates. Then, add this paste to chicken pieces in kadai/wok with 1 cup water and boil on high heat. After that turn the heat to low, cover with lid and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Finally, sauté the chicken for another 2-3 minutes and your dish is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with fried rice or chapatti.
