Makes: 400g paneer
Ingredients Required:
200g paneer / cottage cheese
2 tomatoes (100g)
50g cream/malai
1 cup milk (300ml)
Recipe:
Cut 200g paneer/cottage cheese in small pieces and keep aside. In a large saucepan, heat 3 tbsp oil over medium heat and add 2 (100g) crushed tomatoes and 20g Nimkish Shahi Paneer Masala. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until oil starts separating. Now, turn off the gas and add 1 cup milk (300ml) and 50g beaten cream/malai. Mix well and turn on the gas. Continue stirring till the gravy boils. Then, let it simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the gravy becomes thick. Now add paneer cubes and cover with lid. Let it simmer for 4-5 minutes on low heat. Before serving garnish shahi paneer with dry fruits and fresh coriander.
For sweet gravy add 1-2 tbsp tomato ketchup while adding cream.
